Bommi has a bunch of eccentric friends who lived in a fantasy book named Libro. The five friends were - Boris, an elephant from the U.K.; Remba, a giraffe from Africa; Taco, a monkey all the way from the United States; Maya, a crow from Spain and Yip, a dog from France. All these characters showed some unique shades, which were opposite to the stereotypes. Jeeva Raghunath, a storyteller, was one of the creators of the show.
